Do you ship?
We do, anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is free over $100, and under that it's $9 for up to three pieces or $14 for four or more. If you're nearby, you can pick up at the shop in Emmett instead. The shipping page has the details.Can I pick up in store instead?
Yes, and it's free. Order online, then let us know you'd rather grab it, and we'll hold it under your name. More on pickup.Is what I see online actually in stock?
Yes. The site reads live from our in-store inventory, so if a piece is showing, it's on the shelf. Sold-out sizes drop off on their own. Things do move quickly though, so a favorite is worth grabbing.How often do you get new pieces?
New pieces land weekly. New In is always the freshest look.How do sizes work?
Sizes are listed on each product page, and only the ones we actually have show up. We also carry a plus size collection with extended sizing. If you're between sizes or unsure how something fits, message us and we'll tell you how it runs.How do the loyalty rewards work?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and 500 points gets you 25% off your whole order. It runs through Square, so ask us at the register to get set up.Do you sell gift cards?
We do, and they're the easy answer when you can't decide. Buy one here and it lands in their inbox. Good in store and online.Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment runs on Square's hosted checkout, the same system we use at the register. No card details ever touch our website.Can I save my bag and come back to it?
You can. Add what you love, then use “email me this bag” from your bag. We'll send one link that opens it again on any device. No account, no password.What if I need to return or exchange something?
