Getting it to you

We ship anywhere in the United States, and shipping is on us for orders over $100. Under that it's $9 for up to 3 pieces and $14 for 4 or more, so a bigger bag never costs you more than $14.

Orders are packed here at the shop between customers, so if you need something by a certain date, tell us and we'll tell you straight whether it will make it. Send us a note and we'll get back to you.

We don't ship outside the U.S. yet. If you're further afield and really want a piece, ask us anyway.

If you're in the valley, skip the shipping entirely. Order online, then let us know you'd like to pick up and we'll set it aside under your name. No charge, and usually ready the same day we see it.

Something not fitting the way you hoped? Message us and we'll sort it out with you. We're small enough to be reasonable about it, and we'd rather you end up with something you love than keep a sale.

Exchanges are easiest in person, so if you can get to the shop we'll swap sizes on the spot. If you can't, tell us what happened and we'll work out the rest over email.

Checkout runs on Square, the same system we use at the register, so your card details never touch this website. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay all work if that's easier than typing a number.

Everything on the site is live from our in-store inventory, so if a size is showing, it's on the shelf. Very occasionally something sells in person while it's sitting in someone's bag online. If that happens we'll message you and refund it the same day.
